I have been a certified make-up artist for the past 10-years and the number one comment I get from clients when I first meet them is, "Mary, make me look beautiful!"   What these women don't realize is that upon meeting them, I am immediately drawn to their natural beauty.  I can see what they might not realize for themselves.  What amazes me after every make-up session is repeatedly seeing these transformation that takes place.  I am not talking about the falsies for eye-lashes, or new illusions like a contoured jaw, colorful shimmered lids or enhanced cheekbones.  I am talking about a magical confidence that suddenly appears after the process of illuminating their face.   Women generally do not need a lot of make-up, but the right kind of look can do wonders for her personal sense of being.  I am very lucky to be able to do this kind of work. I get a chance to meet some of the Bay Area's most beautiful women.  To you I may be considered a make-up artist but I feel like my real job is really to help you recognize just how beautiful you already are!
